At Mala Voyage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Certain items such as opened or used fishing gear and personal accessories may not be eligible unless they are defective
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

9. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
personal care items (if used/opened)
10. Cancellations
